2013年8月14日至15日,全省普通高中校长暑期学习会在常州召开,中共江苏省委教育工委书记、省教育厅厅长沈健同志做了重要讲话。沈健同志在讲话中指出,教育现代化是推动教育改革发展的实践过程,也是引领经济社会发展、提升教育事业水平的目标任务。他充分肯定了我省在教育现代化建设进程中取得的成绩,指出了我省教育现代化建设面临新形势和新挑战。他强调,在当前和今后一个时期,全省要全力以赴扎实推进新时期江苏教育现代化建设;江苏教育事业要兴旺发达,一个重要条件就是建设好校长队伍。本文是沈健厅长这次讲话的摘要,标题为编者所拟。
From August 14th to 15th, 2013, the summer learning meeting for the general high school principal was held in Changzhou. Comrade Shen Jian, Secretary of the Education Commission of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and Director of the Provincial Education Department made an important speech. Comrade Shen Jian pointed out in his speech that education modernization is a practical process that promotes the development of education reform, and is also a goal task that leads economic and social development and improves the level of education. He fully affirmed the achievements made by the province in the process of education modernization and pointed out that the province’s education modernization is facing new situations and new challenges. He emphasized that in the present and the next period, the province must go all out to promote the modernization of education in Jiangsu in the new era.
