工程的建设施工活动是一个动态变化的过程,建设项目具有投资大、周期长,工艺复杂,涉及多个专业面,受市场、环境等很多因素影响的特点,因而工程变更是不可避免的。但是从目前我国建筑工程行业的工程管理中来看工程变更是影响工程整体管理的重要因素。基于此,本文研究了工程变更产生的原因和对工程造价的影响,提出了加强工程变更的控制,并进一步提出有效控制工程造价的措施。控制工程造价的关键就必须要加强工程变更管理。
Construction Construction Construction activity is a dynamic process of change. Construction projects are characterized by large investment, long cycle, complex process, involving many specialties and being influenced by many factors such as market and environment. Therefore, engineering changes are inevitable. However, from the current engineering management of construction industry in our country, engineering change is an important factor affecting the overall management of the project. Based on this, this paper studies the causes of engineering changes and the impact on the project cost, puts forward to strengthen the control of engineering changes, and further puts forward measures to effectively control the project cost. The key to control the project cost must strengthen the engineering change management.
