基于对某原油储罐地基差异沉降实测数据的深入分析,引入Usher沉降预测模型,阐述了利用Origin软件求解非线性模型参数的新方法,并与双曲线模型和指数模型的预测结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,对该原油储罐地基沉降的预测,Usher模型精度高于指数模型和双曲线模型。在该工程实例中,利用Usher模型得到的最终差异沉降量与实测结果非常接近。该文方法与规范方法相比,无需通过试验获取计算参数,简便易行,且基于Origin软件的模型参数计算方法简便快速,便于工程应用,值得推广。
Based on the in-depth analysis of measured differential settlement data of a crude oil storage tank, the Usher settlement prediction model is introduced. A new method of solving the nonlinear model parameters using Origin software is presented. The results are compared with those of hyperbolic and exponential models . The results show that the accuracy of Usher model is better than that of exponential model and hyperbola model in predicting the settlement of the crude oil tank foundation. In this project example, the final differential settlement obtained by Usher model is very close to the measured result. Compared with the standard method, this method is simple and easy to get without calculating the parameters through experiments. The calculation method of the model parameters based on Origin software is simple and quick, and is convenient for engineering application. It is worth to be popularized.
