目前,我国技术技能人才培养走出了以理论知识为中心的时代,职业院校毕业生技术技能水平得到空前的提高,但是学生的创新创业能力、岗位迁移、可持续发展能力以及社会责任感并没有得到更有效的培养,学生专业兴趣发展不足。产品开发型高职创业教育教学增强了专业学习的系统性,克服了知识技能的碎片化,使学习的专业知识、技能得到活化、有机化、素养化,使学生的整体素质和能力在无形中得到有效培育,促进了人的思维、情感、意志整体性发展和创新能力、社会责任感、实践能力功能性发展。
