作者对长春市三所大医院自１９６３年至１９９２年间经病理诊断的６６４３例胃癌进行了病例调查与病理复查，并对胃癌患者的性别、年龄、好发部位、组织学类型进行了比较分析，发现近些年胃癌高年龄组患者逐渐增加，胃溃疡仍是胃癌发生的重要因素之一。并对１９８３～１９９２年胃癌发病情况及其变化趋势作了探讨性的分析。 The author conducted a case investigation and pathological review of 6643 cases of gastric cancer diagnosed by pathological examinations in three major hospitals in Changchun from 1963 to 1992. The gender, age, predilection sites, and histological types of gastric cancer patients were compared and analyzed. It has been found that patients in the high-grade gastric cancer group have gradually increased in recent years, and gastric ulcer is still one of the important factors in the occurrence of gastric cancer. The author also analyzed the incidence of gastric cancer and its changing trend from 1983 to 1992.
