沙眼药物治疗至今仍沿用磺胺和抗生素,这些药物因为易引起过敏,产生耐药性和药液不稳定等,使大面积防治沙眼受到一定限制,因此,继续探索更有效的抗沙眼新药仍是必要的。本文报道AV—273在鸡胚和组织培养中抗沙眼衣原体的研究结果。材料和方法一、药物:AV—273系第三胺盐表面活性剂,由北京大学化学系供给。实验前配制成1%水溶液,100℃30min煮沸消毒后,置4℃冰箱保存备用。临用前以Hanks液稀释至所需浓度。二、沙眼株:用下述3株沙眼衣原体:TE_(55)。(由北京眼科研究所供给),上海_(124)(由上海眼病研究所供给)和豫_2(本所分离)。3毒株均在鸡胚中传代,置-40℃备用。

This article reports the results of AV-273 studies on anti-Chlamydia trachomatis in chicken embryos and in tissue culture. Materials and methods First, drugs: AV-273 is the third amine salt surfactant, supplied by the Department of Chemistry, Peking University. Prepared before the experiment as a 1% aqueous solution, 100 ℃ 30min boiled disinfection, set 4 ℃ refrigerator for later use. Before use, dilute to the desired concentration with Hanks solution. Second, trachoma: with the following three Chlamydia trachomatis: TE_ (55). (By the Beijing Institute of Ophthalmology), Shanghai _ (124) (by the Shanghai Institute of Ophthalmology) and Yu _2 (the separation). 3 strains were passaged in chicken embryos, set -40 ℃ standby.
