新医改是我国医疗事业历史的一次革命,各级各类医疗机构纷纷响应新医改的号召改变了传统的经营模式,医院风貌焕然一新。财务管理作为医院的命脉在新医改背景下也应有所创新,应该以崭新的面貌迎接新政策。本文从分析新医改政策的理念出发,进一步认识了医院财务管理的改革要求,并提出了创新策略,希望能促进医院更好的经营与发展。
The new medical reform is a revolution in the history of medical undertakings in our country. Various types of medical institutions at all levels have responded to the call of the new medical reform to change the traditional business model. The hospital style is completely renewed. As the lifeblood of the hospital, financial management should also be innovative in the context of new medical reform, and should welcome the new policy with a new look. Based on the analysis of the concept of new medical reform policy, this paper further recognizes the reform requirements of hospital financial management and puts forward innovative strategies in the hope of promoting the better operation and development of the hospital.
