我们在1天中分5个时间段对一组8~10岁学生的尿碘水平进行了连续观察,现将有关情况报告如下。1 方法 2001年4月中旬在通州市随机选择姜灶小学、金乐小学二年级117名男性学生.分别采集晨起时和同日8:00、11:00、13:30和16:00时段的尿样。尿碘用快速定量检测法测定,数据用统计软件SPSS10.0进行处理。
We observed the urinary iodine level of a group of 8 to 10-year-old students in five sessions over a period of one day. The relevant information is reported as follows. 1 Methods In mid-April 2001, 117 male students of Jiangzao Primary School and JinLe Primary School in the second grade were selected randomly in Tongzhou City, and were collected at 8:00, 11:00, 13:30 and 16:00 on the same morning Urine samples. Urinary iodine with rapid quantitative detection method, the data using statistical software SPSS10.0 for processing.
