本文根据气相色谱柱前、柱后蒸汽压的变化,通过对含不同碳原子的6类化合物于不同温度下蒸汽压的研究,得出采用气相色谱法时组分的蒸汽压必须高于15~746Pa、容量因子k′必须在0.2~20之间。运用相应碳链长度(CCCL)的概念,通过固定相特性参数(V_(g(7)))和A_1)解决了一定温度下“什么组分可从气相色谱柱中流出?”的预测问题。结合检测器特性得出是保留值太大限制了组分采用气相色谱法,阐明了只要组分能从气相色谱柱中以合适真k′流出,就可被检测器(FID)检测的结论。
Based on the changes of the vapor pressure before and after the GC column, the vapor pressure of the six compounds with different carbon atoms at different temperatures was studied. The results showed that the vapor pressure of the components should be higher than 15 ~ 746Pa, capacity factor k ’must be between 0.2 ~ 20. Using the concept of corresponding carbon chain length (CCCL), the prediction of “what components can flow out of a GC column” at a given temperature is solved by the stationary phase properties (V_ (g (7))) and A_1). The combination of detector characteristics leads to large retention values that limit the use of gas chromatographies for the components and demonstrate the detection by the detector (FID) of the components as long as the components can flow out of the GC with the proper true k ’.
