我站自1999年至2003年以来,共收治69例自发性气胸病人,通过及时抢救和科学严格的护理,收到了较好效果.气胸的抢救首先要积极排气减压,以解除气急,使肺及早复张,消除病因及减少复发.一般急诊气胸病人可用大针头在锁骨中线第二肋间排气;或用50毫升及100毫升大注射器直接抽气;或使用气腹箱抽气;或用胸腔闭式引流术排气,或行胸腔镜进行胸膜修补术.
