预应力空心板梁张拉质量控制是桥梁施工的重点,也是难点,直接关系着桥梁工程能否顺利完工。本文结合南水北调工程中的大沙河闸闸顶公路桥施工为例,详细介绍了基于PDCA循环的预应力空心板梁张拉质量控制模式,分析了影响张拉质量的因素,并以专家调查法对各因素的影响程度进行了评估,制定了应对措施,有效控制了工程质量,充分提高了工程管理的水平。
Prestressed hollow slab tension quality control is the key construction of bridges, but also difficult, is directly related to the successful completion of the bridge project. Based on the construction of Dashahe sluice gate highway bridge in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, this paper introduces in detail the control mode of the prestressed hollow slab beam tension based on PDCA cycle, analyzes the factors affecting the tension quality, The impact of various factors were assessed, the development of response measures to effectively control the quality of the project, and fully enhance the level of project management.
