铁水成分的复杂性及冶炼钢种的增多和炼钢低硫需求不断上升,使人工脱硫难以满足发展的需要。攀钢开展了自动化脱硫工作,针对不同脱硫剂,开发了相应的喷粉脱硫经验操作模型。对其在攀钢脱硫运用喷吹镁基脱硫剂的生产数据进行了线性回归,建立了其喷粉经验操作模型。讨论结果表明最佳粉剂单耗在8~10kg/t之间;最佳喷吹时间为18~21min之间;初始硫含量尽可能低;最佳喷吹速度在0.25kg/(min.t)左右。
The complexity of hot metal composition and the increase of steel smelting and steelmaking low-sulfur demand continues to rise, making artificial desulfurization difficult to meet the needs of development. Panzhihua Iron and Steel carried out automated desulfurization work, for different desulfurization agent, the development of the corresponding experience of the operating model of dusting desulfurization. A linear regression was made on the production data of magnesium-based desulfurizing agent in Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., and its operating model of dusting was established. The results show that the best powder consumption is between 8kg / t and 10kg / t, the best blowing time is 18 ~ 21min, the initial sulfur content is as low as possible.
