目的 :L AM-Ig G及 PCR法在结核性胸腹水中诊断应用价值。方法 :应用快速酶联免疫吸附试验 (EL ISA)检测胸腹水中 L AM-Ig G。应用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)法检测胸腹水中结核菌 DNA(TB-DNA)。结果 :93例结核性胸腹水中 L AM-Ig G检测阳性率为 6 4.5 % ,特异性 90 .5 % ,TB-DNA阴性率 5 4.8% ;特异性 81.0 % ;LA M-Ig G与 TB-DNA联合检测其敏感性可达 78.5 % ,特异性为 78.6 %。结论 :通过检测胸腹水中 LAM-Ig G对结核性胸腹腔积液有较高的诊断价值。若与 TB-DNA联合检测可进一步提高敏感性
Objective: To evaluate the value of L-AM-Ig G and PCR in the diagnosis of tuberculosis pleural effusion. Methods: The fasting enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect L AM-Ig G in pleural and ascitic fluid. Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA (TB-DNA) was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results: The positive rate of LAM-Ig G was 93.5%, specificity was 90.5%, TB-DNA negative rate was 4.8% and specificity was 81.0% -DNA combined detection of its sensitivity up to 78.5%, specificity of 78.6%. Conclusion: The detection of LAM-Ig G in pleural and ascitic fluid has a high diagnostic value for tuberculous ascites and pleural effusion. If combined with TB-DNA testing can further improve the sensitivity
