进行工民建工程的施工时,上部建筑和地基土之间有着紧密的联系,一旦地基的质量得不到保障,则工程的整体质量会受到极为恶劣的影响。若地基的抗剪强度无法承受上部结构的自重以及外荷载,则地基就会受到破坏,甚至产生剪切问题。在对地基进行处理时,一定要先考虑到地基土的性能,若做不好地基土的改造和加固工作,则无法保证建筑工程的安全使用。作者分析了不良地基作地基的主要危害,并论述了地基土的改造工艺和加固工艺。
