科技与可持续发展是相对应的,它是科学技术的统称,主要包括对可持续发展的相关理论的科学研究,同时也包括对其实际问题的技术解决,其实质是实现可持续发展的科技支持。可以看到,科技与经济的可持续发展之间存在着相互促进、相互作用的关系,在研究相互促进机制之前我们首先应知道二者间存在怎样的相互促进作用,这样才能进一步了解和考察存在着哪些机制来保证这些作用的实现,笔者首先便对科技和经济的可持续发展之间的相互作用的关系对其进行一翻论述。
