首次从CL-20/Al-CMDB推进剂单组分和配方的最佳氧系数值着手,以探索燃烧过程中为Al提供O源的组分为目标,计算和分析了CL-20/Al-CMDB推进剂主要能量示性数和燃气组分的变化规律。结果表明:Al添加量与CL-20/Al-CMDB推进剂的比冲,氧系数,燃气中(H_2O+CO_2)、CO、CO_2和H_2O质量百分数线性相关,认为推进剂基体的一次燃烧产物CO_2和H_2O为Al的燃烧提供O源。Al的最佳添加量为5%~10%时,Isp~wAl的线性相关性系数R2为0.996。
For the first time, the optimum oxygen concentration of one component and formula of CL-20 / Al-CMDB propellant was investigated. The aim was to explore the composition of O-source for Al in combustion process. Main Energy Indicators of CMDB Propellants and Variation of Gas Components. The results show that the Al content is linearly correlated with the specific impulse, oxygen index, H_2O + CO_2, CO, CO_2 and H_2O contents in CL-20 / Al-CMDB propellant. And H 2 O provide O source for the combustion of Al. When the optimum addition amount of Al is 5% -10%, the linear correlation coefficient R2 of Isp ~ wAl is 0.996.
