目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗复发性阿弗它溃疡的疗效。方法 84例复发性阿弗它溃疡患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各42例,分别采用中西医结合疗法和单纯西药疗法并观察疗效。结果治疗组痊愈11例,显效15例,好转12例,无效4例,总有效率90.48%;对照组痊愈1例,显效4例,好转11例,无效26例,总有效率38.10%。经Ridit分析,治疗组平均疗效显著高于对照组(u=5.269,P<0.01)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗阿弗它溃疡疗效高、复发率低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on recurrent aphthous ulcer. Methods A total of 84 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer were randomly divided into two groups, 42 cases in each group and 42 cases in control group. Integrative medicine and western medicine were used respectively to observe the curative effect. Results In the treatment group, 11 cases were cured, 15 cases markedly improved, 12 cases improved, 4 cases ineffective and the total effective rate was 90.48%. In the control group, 1 case was cured, 4 cases markedly improved, 11 cases improved, and 26 ineffective with a total effective rate of 38.10%. Ridit analysis, the treatment group, the average effect was significantly higher than the control group (u = 5.269, P <0.01). Conclusion Integrative treatment of Afraid it ulcer with high efficacy, low recurrence rate, it is worthy of clinical application.
