目的为掌握昆明市“十一五”期间建成农村饮水安全工程饮用水的卫生状况,预防控制水性疾病和应对饮用水公共卫生事件提供可靠依据。方法按《云南省“十一五”期间农村已建集中式供水单位水质卫生监测技术方案》要求,在2008年、2009年对11个县(市)区建成的245个集中式供水单位的水质,分别在丰水期和枯水期开展20项指标卫生监测。结果两年共检水样1 926件,除消毒指标外,全部指标的合格件数为611件,合格率为31.72%,主要的超标项目是感观指标、细菌学指标。未处理水样占62.15%,已消毒水样占45.22%,消毒合格水样仅为19.0%。结论农村饮水工程已改变供水的方式,为保证饮用水卫生安全,必须加强农村饮用水源的卫生管理及防护,落实饮用水的净化、消毒措施。
Objectives To provide a reliable basis for mastering the health status of drinking water in rural drinking water safety projects, preventing and controlling waterborne diseases and responding to public health emergencies in drinking water in Kunming City during the 11th Five-Year Plan period. Results A total of 1 926 water samples were collected in two years. In addition to the disinfection indicators, the number of qualified indicators for all indicators was 611 with a pass rate of 31.72%. The major over-standard items were the sensory and bacteriological indicators. 62.15% of unprocessed water samples, 45.22% of sterilized water samples and only 19.0% of disinfected water samples. Conclusion Rural drinking water project has changed the way of water supply. In order to ensure the health and safety of drinking water, we must strengthen the hygiene management and protection of rural drinking water sources and implement the purification and disinfection measures of drinking water.
