推进药品价格改革、建立科学合理的药品价格形成机制是推进价格改革的重要内容,也是深化医药卫生体制改革的重要任务。本文梳理了我国部分省市对于医保药品支付价格制定方法的探索,对药品支付价格制定的国际通行做法进行了重点分析和总结,其药品定价方法对我国具有重要的启示。基于此,充分借鉴国际经验,以期为我国建立医保药品支付标准提供参考。
Promoting the reform of drug prices and establishing a scientific and rational drug price formation mechanism are important contents for promoting price reform and an important task for deepening the reform of the medical and health system. This article combs some provinces and cities in our country to explore the method of setting the price of Medicare drug payment, and analyzes and summarizes the international practice of drug price. The method of drug pricing has an important enlightenment to our country. Based on this, we should fully draw on international experience so as to provide a reference for the establishment of medical insurance payment standards in our country.
