目的:探讨黄金胶囊对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠胰岛素抵抗(IR)的影响,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:采用给大鼠腹腔一次性注射小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ),并加饲高热量饮食(富含脂肪和蔗糖),制备T2DM伴IR大鼠模型,观察黄金胶囊对糖尿病大鼠体重、血糖、血清胰岛素和胰岛素敏感性指数的影响。结果:黄金胶囊能降低T2DM伴IR模型大鼠空腹血糖;黄金胶囊能降低病鼠高胰岛素血症,提高了胰岛素敏感性指数;实验中未发现明显的不良反应。结论:黄金胶囊对T2DM伴IR大鼠有降血糖及改善其IR的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of gold capsule on insulin resistance (IR) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rats and to explore its mechanism. METHODS: A rat model of T2DM with IR was prepared by injecting a small dose of streptozotocin (STZ) into the abdominal cavity of rats and feeding a high-calorie diet (rich in fat and sucrose) to observe the effects of gold capsules on diabetic rats. Effects of body weight, blood glucose, serum insulin, and insulin sensitivity index. Results: Golden capsule can reduce fasting blood glucose in rats with T2DM and IR. Gold capsule can reduce hyperinsulinemia in rats and increase insulin sensitivity index. No obvious adverse reactions were found in the experiment. Conclusion: Huangjin Capsule can reduce blood glucose and improve its IR in T2DM rats with IR.
