免疫调节内容是高中生物的重点与难点,也是历年高考的必考内容之一。高考考查此部分时既有选择题,也有借助图表,与神经调节、体液调节等稳态知识联系的综合性非选择题甚至实验设计题。高考试题还常以体液免疫和细胞免疫的过程、二次免疫为主,以生活实际中的事例为命题背景,突出考查艾滋病的有关知识。进行本节复习时要注意找出知识点之间的区别和联系,突破考点知识的重难点。
