当前检察建议工作虽日趋规范,但其在适用方面仍然存在一定问题,探索并完善检察建议规范化建设,是使检察机关预防工作更加有效的重要途径。本文对检察建议的运用中存在的问题及对策进行论证,试图探索如何使检察建议更加规范化,以期真正提升检察建议工作的水平。
Although the current procuratorial work has become more and more standardized, there are still some problems in its application. To explore and improve the standardization of procuratorial proposals is an important way to make procuratorial work more effective in preventive work. This article argues the problems and countermeasures in the application of procuratorial proposals and attempts to explore how to standardize procuratorial proposals so as to really enhance the work of procuratorial suggestions.
