作者以两个人肺癌组织样品,将连续和脉冲两类激光作激发光源,用光学多道分析仪测量了试样中肿瘤和正常组织从400nm到850nm光谱区的20幅自体荧光谱。通过数据处理我们首次发现:肿瘤对正常组织的自发荧光强度比(AT/AN)与癌的组织病理学类型有关。鳞癌的AT/AN<1;而腺癌的相反,即AT/AN>1。如果这一点能被进一步的研究所证实,它对肺癌的自体荧光诊断将十分有意义。
Using two human lung cancer tissue samples, the authors used continuous and pulsed lasers as the excitation light source, and used an optical multichannel analyzer to measure 20 autofluorescence spectra of the tumor and normal tissues in the sample from 400 nm to 850 nm. Through data processing, we found for the first time that the autofluorescence intensity ratio (AT/AN) of tumors to normal tissues is related to the histopathological type of cancer. The squamous cell carcinoma has AT/AN<1; while the adenocarcinoma has the opposite, ie, AT/AN>1. If this can be confirmed by further studies, it will be very meaningful for autofluorescence diagnosis of lung cancer.
