饮食调节对于病毒性肝炎的治疗康复有着积极的作用,为了了解该病恢复期的膳食状况,合理安排饮食,改善营养,促进患者早日康复,我室1991年6月至1992年6月对本院传染科收住32例病毒性肝炎恢复期病人进行了膳食调查。 1 对象与方法 1.1 调查对象 本院临床确诊的病毒性肝炎(包括甲肝、乙肝)病人,共抽32例。其中男性20人,女性12人,年龄23—40岁,全部病人症状明显减轻,肝功能好转,能下床自由活动。 1.2 膳食调查 调查病人均在医院营养室食堂用餐(食谱预约订餐),采用称重法连续7天(零食计算在内)。 1.3 资料处理 调查数据均输入微型计算机处理。
