目的:采用近红外漫反射光谱技术对3种不同产地的生地黄进行近红外漫反射指纹图谱判别分析,建立基于近红外漫反射图谱的快速、简便的鉴别方法。方法:用Nicolet6700型傅里叶变换近红外光谱仪采集光谱,在OPUS5.5分析软件上用二阶导数+矢量归一化法进行产地聚类。结果:3种不同产地的生地黄距离在0.6以上时被分开,15批验证集的样品中2份判断错误,预测集正确率为86.67%。结论:此方法简便可行,可为地黄产地鉴别方法提供1种新技术。
Objective: To use near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy to discriminate and analyze the fingerprints of three kinds of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, and to establish a rapid and simple identification method based on near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. Methods: Nicolet6700 Fourier transform near-infrared spectrometer was used to acquire the spectra. On the OPUS5.5 software, the second derivative and vector normalization method were used to cluster the origin. Results: The results showed that the radix rehmanniae of three different habitats were separated when the distance was more than 0.6. Two of the 15 batches of validation samples were misidentified and the correct rate of prediction set was 86.67%. Conclusion: This method is simple and feasible, which can provide a new technology for the identification of Rehmannia glutinosa.
