以聚偏氟乙烯膜(PVDF)为支撑体,煤油为膜溶剂,2-乙基己基膦酸-单-2-乙基己基酯(PC-88A)为流动载体,研究分散支撑液膜体系中金属Pt(Ⅳ)的传输行为;考察分散相中膜溶液与解析液体积比、分散相中HCl浓度以及料液相酸度对Pt(Ⅳ)传输的影响。结果表明,当分散相中膜溶液与解析液体积比为140:60;用HCl作为解析剂,解析液HCl浓度为7.0mol/L;料液相盐酸浓度为0.5mol/L时,该分散支撑液膜体系对金属Pt(Ⅳ)具有良好的传输作用。在最佳传输条件下,Pt(Ⅳ)起始浓度为1.0×10-5mol/L时,130min达到完全传输,而传统支撑液膜传输率只有83.6%。
Using polyvinylidene fluoride membrane (PVDF) as support, kerosene as membrane solvent and 2-ethylhexylphosphonic acid-mono-2-ethylhexyl ester (PC-88A) as mobile carrier, The transport behavior of Pt (Ⅳ) metal was investigated. The effects of volume ratio of membrane solution to the analyte in the dispersed phase, HCl concentration in the disperse phase and acidity of the liquid phase on Pt (Ⅳ) transport were investigated. The results show that when the volume ratio of membrane solution to the analyte in the dispersed phase is 140: 60, HCl is used as the resolvent, the concentration of the analyte in the liquid is 7.0 mol / L and the concentration of the feed liquid in the hydrochloric acid is 0.5 mol / L. Liquid film system on the metal Pt (Ⅳ) has a good transmission. When the initial concentration of Pt (Ⅳ) was 1.0 × 10-5mol / L, the total transport was achieved at 130min under the optimal transport conditions, while the transport rate of the traditional supported liquid membrane was only 83.6%.
