目的:探讨茶色素对血脂代谢紊乱的治疗作用。方法:90 例高脂血症病人( 男性63 例,年龄60a±s 10 a;女性27 例,54 a ±10 a) 给茶色素胶囊1粒(125 mg/ 粒) ,po,tid ×40 wk 。每4 wk 测定血脂等参数。结果:90 例病人服用茶色素40 wk 后,总胆固醇( TC) 下降幅度为1 .7 m mol/L±0 .9m mol/L, 总有效率为77 % (69/90) ; 三酰甘油(TG) 下降幅度为0 .6 m mol/L±0 .8 m mol/L, 总有效率为63 % (57/90) ; 高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL_Ch) 升高幅度为0 .3 m mol/L±0 .4 m mol/L, 总有效率为70 % (63/90) ; 但实际是对上述TC,TG,HDL_Ch 原来正常者无效,异常者100 % 有效。其改善程度差异均有非常显著意义( P< 0 .01) ,40 wk 服药过程中无任何副作用。结论:茶色素为调节血脂代谢的安全有效药物。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of tea pigment on dyslipidemia. Methods: A total of 90 hyperlipidemia patients (63 males, age 60 ± 10 years, 27 females, 54 ± 10 years) were given 1 capsule of tea pigment (125 mg / tablet), po, tid × 40 wk . Blood lipids and other parameters measured every 4 weeks. Results: The total cholesterol (TC) decreased 90% in 90 patients after 40 wk of tea pigment. 7 m mol / L ± 0. 9m mol / L, the total effective rate was 77% (69/90); triglyceride (TG) decreased by 0. 6 m mol / L ± 0. The total effective rate was 63% (57/90). The level of HDL cholesterol increased by 0. 3 m mol / L ± 0. 4 m mol / L, the total effective rate was 70% (63/90); but the actual is TC, TG, HDL_Ch original normal invalid, abnormal 100% effective. There was significant difference in the degree of improvement (P <0 .01). There was no side effect during 40 wk medication. Conclusion: Tea pigment is a safe and effective drug to regulate blood lipid metabolism.
