目的分析尿干化学分析仪与尿沉渣分析仪联合使用在尿液红细胞检验的临床应用。方法选取2015年6月-2016年6月520例住院病人的晨尿标本作为研究对象,采用尿干化学分析仪与尿沉渣分析仪对标本进行检测,以显微镜镜检结果为标准,分析两种检测方法及联合检测法的漏检率。结果联合检测的符合率明显高于干化学分析仪(63.65%)和尿沉渣分析仪(87.31%),P<0.05。结论干化学分析仪与尿沉渣分析仪联合使用可显著提高检测的符合率,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical application of urine dry chemical analyzer and urine sediment analyzer combined with urine red blood cell test. Methods Morning urine samples of 520 hospitalized patients from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects. Urinary cadmium chemical analyzer and urinary sediment analyzer were used to detect the specimens. Microscopic examination results were used as the standard to analyze two kinds of samples Detection methods and joint detection of the missing rate. Results The coincidence rate of combined detection was significantly higher than that of dry chemical analyzer (63.65%) and urine sediment analyzer (87.31%), P <0.05. Conclusions The combination of dry chemical analyzer and urine sediment analyzer can significantly improve the coincidence rate of detection, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
