广播电视网、电信业务网与互联网是信息产业发展的重要基础,三网融合则是当前现代信息技术产业发展的一种必然的趋势。在三网融合的背景之下,省级广电集团所需要面临的挑战与机遇也是前所未有的。客户是省广电集团所面临的挑战与机遇中的重要影响因素,文中主要以河南有线网络集团有限公司为例,基于省级广电集团的市场化运作研究,探讨以客户为中心的销售管理模式。
Radio and television networks, telecommunications business networks and the Internet are important foundations for the development of the information industry. The triple play is an inevitable trend in the development of the modern information technology industry. In the context of triple play, the provincial radio and television groups need to face the challenges and opportunities are unprecedented. The customer is an important influencing factor in the challenges and opportunities that the provincial radio and television group faces. In this paper, Henan Cable Network Group Co., Ltd. is taken as an example to discuss the customer-centered sales management mode based on the research on the market-oriented operation of the provincial radio and television group.
