为探讨牛磺酸对束缚应激小鼠自主探究活动能力的影响,将8周龄雄性BALB/C小鼠分为4组:正常对照组(C组)、应激对照组(S组)、低剂量牛磺酸组(LT组)、高剂量牛磺酸组(HT组)。S、LT、HT组小鼠每日给予1h的束缚刺激,30min后分别灌喂水和相应剂量的牛磺酸。连续6周后采用Smart小动物行为活动记录分析系统进行旷场和高架十字迷宫实验。旷场结果显示,S组小鼠在周边、中央区域的活动性分别比C组小鼠减弱10.8%(P<0.05)和15.7%,快速移动时间百分率显著降低(P<0.05);与S组相比较,LT和HT组小鼠在周边、中央区域的活动性都明显提升(P<0.05),不动时间百分率下降(P<0.05),慢速移动时间百分率明显上升(P<0.05)。高架十字迷宫结果显示,与C组相比较,S组小鼠的入臂总次数和在开臂的滞留时间都显著下降(P<0.05),开臂移动距离百分比下降17.5%;与S组相比较,HT组小鼠在开臂的滞留时间和移动距离百分比都明显增加(P<0.05)。以上结果提示牛磺酸能够提高束缚应激小鼠的自主活动与探究能力,缓解焦虑状态。
To investigate the effect of taurine on spontaneous exploration activity in restraint stress mice, 8-week-old male BALB / C mice were divided into 4 groups: normal control group (C group), stress control group (S group) Low-dose taurine group (LT group), high-dose taurine group (HT group). The mice in S, LT and HT groups were challenged for 1 h every day. After 30 minutes, water and the corresponding doses of taurine were respectively infused. After 6 consecutive weeks, the smart animal behavioral record analysis system was used for open field and elevated plus maze test. The results of open-field test showed that in the peripheral area and the central area, the activity of S group was 10.8% (P <0.05) and 15.7% lower than that of C group, and the percentage of fast moving time was significantly decreased (P <0.05) Compared with the control group, the activities of peripheral and central regions of mice in LT and HT groups were significantly increased (P <0.05), the percentage of immobility time decreased (P <0.05), and the percentage of slow movement time increased significantly (P <0.05). The results of elevated plus maze showed that, compared with group C, the total number of arms in arm and the length of stay in arm S decreased significantly (P <0.05) and the percentage of arm movement distance decreased 17.5% Compared with the control group, the retention time and the percentage of moving distance in the arm of the HT group were significantly increased (P <0.05). The above results suggest that taurine can improve the autonomic activity and exploring ability of restraint stress mice and relieve the anxiety state.
