文章利用正交试验方法,研究分析水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、砂率等因素对高性能混凝土温缩稀疏的影响和显著性,为进行高性能混凝土的温度应力计算提供重要的参考依据。结果表明,在所研究的3个配合比设计参数中,砂率对温缩系数的影响最为显著,特别是对高温区的影响,但对低温区温缩系数并无明显影响,而粉煤灰掺量和水胶比对高性能混凝土的温缩系数影响非常有限。
In this paper, orthogonal test is used to analyze and analyze the influence and significance of shrinkage of high performance concrete on water-cement ratio, fly ash content and sand rate, which will provide important reference for the calculation of temperature stress of high-performance concrete . The results show that among the three design parameters, the sand ratio has the most significant effect on the temperature coefficient of shrinkage, especially on the high temperature zone, but has no obvious effect on the temperature coefficient of low temperature zone, while the fly ash The effect of dosage and water-binder ratio on the shrinkage coefficient of high-performance concrete is very limited.
