“男女搭配,干活不累”是大众共知的一种社会现象,那么女性职工比例增加是否会提升团队整体的生产绩效?文章建立了一个男性职工为获取女性好感而产生异性效应,进而提升团队整体生产绩效的理论模型,并从行业层面与省际层面对此进行了检验。研究结果显示,在控制了可能的影响因素后,女性职工比重的提升有利于提升工业全要素生产效率,证明了异性效应的存在;职业性别隔离限制了女性的就业机会,抑制了生产效率的提升。因此,政府应引导企业发现并利用异性效应,自发地提升女性职工的雇用水平,从根本上杜绝职业中的性别歧视。

Therefore, the government should guide enterprises to find and use the opposite sex effects, spontaneously raise the employment level of female workers, and fundamentally eliminate gender discrimination in their jobs.
