采用“管碟法”用 8种细菌对火绒草水提物、水提醇沉物、水提物 3个分离组分、水提醇沉物 3个分离组分进行了体外抑菌试验。结果表明 :8种提取物对金色葡萄球菌 841 84有较好的抑菌作用 ,其中水提物、水提物第 1分离组分和水提醇沉物第 2分离组分的抑菌环直径均在 2 0 m m以上。而对鸡白痢沙门氏菌、沙门氏菌、溶血性大肠杆菌、大肠杆菌、猪丹毒杆菌、禽巴氏杆菌、绿脓杆菌 1 0 1 0 4等 7种细菌抑菌作用较差或无抑菌作用。提示火绒草提取物对革兰氏阳性球菌有较好的抑制作用。
Eight bacteria were used in the “tube dish method” to conduct in vitro bacteriostasis tests on the three components of the water extract, the water extraction and alcohol precipitation, the three water extracts, and the three water extracts. The results showed that the eight extracts had good antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus 841 84, in which the water extract, the first fraction of the aqueous extract and the second isolated fraction of the water extracted alcohol sequestrate had the diameter of the inhibitory ring. Both are above 20 mm. The bacteria of Salmonella pullorum, Salmonella, hemolytic Escherichia coli, Escherichia coli, Bacillus arginus, Pasteurella multocida, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa 1 0104 have little or no antibacterial activity. It is suggested that the extract of Leontopodium had a good inhibitory effect on gram-positive cocci.
