一个时期以来,世界的目光都聚焦在同一个事件上,这个事件就是至今仍未见底、仍在蔓延的美国金融危机。这场金融危机以出人意料的迅猛之势愈演愈烈,发展到今天已上升和演变为一场全球性的金融危机,广泛而深刻地影响甚至改变着当今世界经济金融格局。因应这场危机,世界各国都在采取有力的应对措施,力挽狂澜。在这场全球性的救市行动中,国际间的合作努力是空前一致的,这对化解这场危机的意义不言而喻。既然我们认识到,美国经济崩溃对中国经济造成的重大冲击,是我们为以往过度依赖高投资和高出口的经济增长模式所必须付出的代价,我们就应该痛下决心,从根本上调整投资和消费关系,改善经济体效率,坚定地转向以内需消费为主导。
Since a certain period of time, the world’s attention has focused on the same incident as the U.S. financial crisis that has yet to bottom out and is still spreading. The financial crisis, with its unexpected rapidity, has intensified and has now risen and evolved into a global financial crisis. It has extensively and profoundly affected or even changed the economic and financial structure in the world today. In response to this crisis, all countries in the world are taking vigorous measures to turn the tide. In this global bailout operation, the international cooperation efforts are unprecedented. It is self-evident what the significance of resolving this crisis is. Now that we have come to realize that the major impact the U.S. economic collapse has had on the Chinese economy is the price we must pay for the over-reliance on high-investment and high-export economic growth models in the past, we should make pains to fundamentally adjust the investment and Consumer relations, improve the efficiency of the economy, and firmly turned to domestic consumption-led.
