开发了Windows环境下基于NI公司数据采集卡的航空发动机振动测试系统通用数据采集模块。该采集模块采用了多线程技术,将数据采集和提取置于不同的线程中,以达到两者同步的目的。将该模块制作为Windows动态链接库(DLL),利用DLL资源共享特点来满足多种测试系统的调用请求。同时根据航空发动机运行过程分为稳态运行及暂态过程的特点,分别设计了对应的振动信号采集子模块,以满足不同运行状态的测试要求。由于航空发动机多为双转子,针对这一特点设计了双转速采集及数据处理程序。经过测试,该模块较好地解决了暂态过程中的数据丢失问题,能够实时准确地采集稳态过程及暂态过程的转速和振动信号,并已成功运用于现场实测。
The common data acquisition module of aeroengine vibration test system based on NI data acquisition card in Windows is developed. The acquisition module uses a multi-threading technology, the data acquisition and extraction placed in different threads, in order to achieve the purpose of both synchronization. The module is made into a Windows dynamic link library (DLL), which utilizes the DLL resource sharing feature to satisfy a variety of test system call requests. According to the characteristics of steady-state operation and transient process of aero-engine running, the corresponding vibration signal acquisition submodules are respectively designed to meet the test requirements of different operating states. Because the aero-engine is mostly a double rotor, a dual speed acquisition and data processing program is designed for this feature. After testing, the module solves the problem of data loss in transient process well and can acquire the rotational speed and vibration signal of steady state process and transient process in real time and has been successfully applied to field measurement.
