前轮罩附近的线路因长期暴露在外界环境中,不仅容易损坏、缩短使用寿命,还会因轮胎上的泥水甩到电线线束上引起短路,带来安全隐患。随着公共交通快速化、无障碍的发展,为了满足乘客快速上下车及残疾人出行便利等要求,低地板公交车的应用越来越广泛。目前市场上多数低地板公交车均为一级踏步,地板离地间隙小,公交车线束一般用扎带环固定在前轮罩下方,从轮胎上方通过,而无法从车身底架地板下走线。前轮罩附近的线路因长期暴露在外界环境中,不仅容易损坏、缩短使用寿命,还会因轮胎上的泥水甩到电线线束上引起短路,带来安全隐患。
