做编辑十多年,第一次这样成规模地使用西藏语文老师的稿件。这里面有两个原因,一是来自西藏的自然投稿少,另一个是对那里的教学状况不够了解,约稿时心存忐忑。这次,因为参加5月底“西藏优秀语文教师助力班”教师培训,才踏上了雪域高原,也才真正走进了西藏老师们的教学生活。用了一整天时间,我们听了来自西藏7个地市的40多个学员的读书报告。西藏特殊的地理环境,注定了扎根西藏的语文老师所讲的故事更丰富曲折一些。在听读书
Doing editing for more than ten years, for the first time in such a large scale, using the manuscripts of Tibetan language teachers. There are two reasons for this. One is that there are few natural contributions from Tibet and the other is not familiar with the teaching situation there. This time, because it participated in the teacher training of “Excellent Tibetan Language Teachers in Aid Class” at the end of May, did they embark on the snow-covered plateau and really entered the teaching life of Tibetan teachers.
