固定资产投资规模是区域经济调控的一个重要的总量指标,合理的投资规模对国民经济持续、快速、健康发展具有重要的推动作用;反之,过度的投资扩张和收缩势必引起经济的大起大落,造成严重的经济损失。1996年1—6月份,北京市固定资产投资增幅回落幅度过大,按目前的趋势发展下去,有可能导致投资需求不足,影响经济的平稳持续增长和再建项目固定资产投资
The scale of investment in fixed assets is an important indicator for the overall regulation of regional economy. A reasonable scale of investment has an important impetus to the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the national economy. Conversely, excessive investment expansion and contraction will inevitably cause economic ups and downs, resulting in Serious economic loss. From January to June 1996, Beijing’s rate of increase of fixed asset investment has dropped by a large margin. As the current trend continues, it may lead to insufficient investment demand and affect the steady and sustained growth of the economy and the investment in fixed assets of the redeveloped project
