国务院新闻办公室1月27日召开新闻发布会,正式发表中国政府在核能发展方面的第一部白皮书《中国的核应急》。中国是一个核能大国,始终致力于和平利用核能,特别是上世纪80年代以来发展核电取得巨大进展,目前全国在运在建核电机组52台,机组总数位居世界第四。近两年来,中国倡导并实施“一带一路”战略和核电“走出去”战略,为世界核能发展注入了新的活力。2014年3月,国家主席习近平出席海牙核安全峰会,首次提出以理性、协调、并进为核心内容的中国核安全观,郑重向国际社会宣布,中国高度重视核安全应急工作。2016年3月,中国国家领导人将再次出席华盛顿核安全峰
The Information Office of the State Council held a press conference on January 27, officially releasing the first white paper on China’s nuclear energy development, “China’s Nuclear Emergency,” by the Chinese government. China is a nuclear power country that has always devoted itself to the peaceful use of nuclear energy. In particular, great progress has been made in the development of nuclear power since the 1980s. At present, there are 52 nuclear power units under construction throughout the country, with the total number of units ranking the fourth in the world. In the past two years, China has advocated and implemented the strategy of “the Belt and Road” and the strategy of “going out” for nuclear power, injecting new vitality into the world’s nuclear energy development. In March 2014, President Xi Jinping attended the Hague Nuclear Security Summit. For the first time, he proposed China’s concept of nuclear security based on rationality, coordination and progress and solemnly declared to the international community that China attaches great importance to nuclear emergency work.
