1临床资料1·1一般资料本文收集近5年资料完整的短暂性全面遗忘症(TGA)患者10例,男6例,女4例;年龄46~72岁。既往有高血压病史6例,糖尿病史4例。1·2临床表现10例患者均为急性起病,主要表现为对发作时事情全面遗忘。3例不认识亲人,2例以“椎基底动脉供血不足”入院,均在起床小便 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The collection of nearly 5-year data complete transient total anorectal disorder (TGA) in 10 patients, 6 males and 4 females; aged 46 to 72 years old. Previous history of hypertension in 6 cases, 4 cases of history of diabetes. Clinical manifestations of 10 patients were acute onset, mainly for the event of a comprehensive forgetting. 3 cases did not know their loved ones, 2 cases of “vertebrobasilar insufficiency” admission, are urinating
