我有一种深深的对化学学科的情感,这种情感并不是一开始工作就有的,而是逐渐产生的。我还有一种对学科发展的责任感,因为从世界范围内出现了对化学品、化学的恐惧,在一些人的心目中,化学品简直成了“毒药”的同义词。国内外越来越少的年轻人选择化学作为他们的事业……人们一方面在享受化学对现代文明所作出的种种贡献,另一方面却不公平地把现代文明社会中的失衡与灾难的责任归之于化学!这是我作为一名从事化学教育的教师所不能接受的,我一定要尽我所能把这种观念扭转过来。
