目的了解青春早期青少年食指(2D)∶无名指(4D)指长比与青春发育、抑郁心理及攻击行为的关联,为探讨生长发育对健康行为及心理的影响提供依据。方法整群抽取上海市某九年一贯制学校10~14岁182名青少年学生参加平板计算机辅助自填问卷调查,了解青少年的身体发育及抑郁心理、攻击行为状况,通过游标卡尺测量被调查者左右手2D和4D指长。结果青春早期青少年女生左右手的2D∶4D指长比均数均高于男生(左手:0.988与0.971;右手:0.996与0.981),差异有统计学意义(t值分别为3.19,3.32,P值均<0.05)。男性青少年变声的发生与左手2D∶4D低指长的关联在10~12岁青少年中已然出现(P=0.035)。男生显现阴茎或睾丸发育、变声等青春发育特征的一组左右手指长比均数均低于未显现特征组,且在13~14岁男性青少年中差异有统计学意义。未检出指长比与抑郁心理及攻击行为有统计学意义的关联。结论低2D∶4D指长比与13~14岁男生青春期发育关联显著。需进一步开展研究以探索其作为小年龄青少年出生前性激素测量指示指标的可能性,建议对双手的2D、4D指长均做测量。
Objective To understand the relationship between the index finger (2D) index finger index (4D) finger growth rate and youth development, depression psychology and aggression behavior in adolescent early adolescents, and to provide basis for exploring the influence of growth and development on health behavior and psychology. Methods A total of 182 adolescents aged from 10 to 14 in a nine-year-old school in Shanghai were recruited to participate in the questionnaire survey by tablet computer to understand the physical development, depression and attack behavior of adolescents. The left-right 2D And 4D means long. Results Compared with male (left hand: 0.988 and 0.971; right hand: 0.996 and 0.981), the ratio of 2D: 4D index of right and left hand of young adolescent girls was significantly higher than that of boys (t = 3.19, 3.32, P = <0.05). The association of male adolescents with left-sided 2D: 4D low-index finger has been found in adolescents aged 10-12 years (P = 0.035). The length-to-average ratios of the left and right fingers of the boys who showed penile or testicular development and vocal changes were less than those of the non-appearance group, and the differences were statistically significant among the 13-14-year-old male adolescents. No correlation was found between the odds ratio and depression psychology and aggression behavior. Conclusion Low 2D: 4D finger length ratio is significantly associated with adolescent development of boys aged 13-14 years. Further research is needed to explore its potential as an indicator of prenatal sex hormone measurements for adolescents with small age, and it is recommended that measurements be taken on both 2D and 4D fingers.
