我厂现有三台SHL10-13-WⅡ型锅炉,止回阀因压盖与进水口端面接触不好而时常发生倒汽现象,严重时,直接威胁到锅炉安全。原因是止回阀的压盖经常生锈,特别是压盖杆及压盖杆套生锈严重,加之进水从下向上,靠给水泵压力大于锅筒进入给水管,靠水压力冲开压盖后将水挤进锅筒,停止泵给水时,主要靠压盖自身重力,以及回水、蒸汽将压盖推下封住进水口而防止水、蒸汽倒流,但由于压盖杆及压盖套生锈或压盖杆与压盖套间隙不配套,压盖不能及时回落而导致水、蒸汽倒流。如果将现用止回阀改成图1的构造,就能有效防止倒汽现象的发
