对激光冲击强化(LSP)TA2工业纯钛拉伸试样在不同温度条件下的断口进行表征和分析,考察了温度对断口特征形貌和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,在相同温度下,LSP后的试样比未处理试样的拉伸断口颈缩现象明显,且塑性更好。随着温度的逐渐升高,断裂形式从脆性断裂变为混合断裂、最后变为韧性断裂。
The characterization and analysis of the fracture of TA2 industrial pure titanium tensile specimens under different temperatures by laser impact-enhanced (LSP) were carried out. The effect of temperature on the morphology and tensile properties of the fracture was investigated. The results show that under the same temperature, the LSP after the sample than the untreated tensile fracture necking phenomenon is obvious, and better plasticity. With the gradual increase of temperature, the fracture form changes from brittle fracture to mixed fracture and finally to ductile fracture.
