该问卷对广西南宁市四个域区相关单位的调查发现,人们对外语人才以及应聘毕业生所具备能力的满意程度及需求程度,主要受到学生就读的学院类型、学生在校期间所获得的证书、自身所具备的综合能力和用人单位性质等因素的直接影响。通过此次问卷调查的主要数据统计分析,为确定我院今后外语人才的培养模式、培养手段、市场对外语人才的素质要求提供了基本依据。
