随着社会政治、经济、文化交流与合作的日益发展以及科学技术的不断进步,科研档案保密工作正面临着一系列新问题和新挑战。如何迎难而上,增强法制意识,建立健全各项制度,既做好科研档案保密工作又能更好地为经济和社会的发展提供服务,增强我国科技产品在国际市场上的竞争力。为此,各级科研档案主管部门应解放思想,按照科研档案保密的方针,依靠和发挥广大科技人员的力量,使科研档案保密工作更好地为我国经济、社会、科技的发展服务,为提高我的综合国力和在世界上的竞争能力发挥更大的作用。
With the growing social, political, economic and cultural exchanges and cooperation and the continuous improvement of science and technology, a series of new problems and new challenges are facing confidential research files.
