依据文献和现场调查对某轮胎生产企业橡胶烟气中存在的主要职业病危害因素进行识别,并采用气质联用(GC-MS)技术对该生产企业工作场所中存在的橡胶烟气成分进行采样、分析。结果显示,文献经验法进行职业病危害因素分析与识别可能导致职业病危害因素的过度识别或遗漏,而采用GC-MS技术对橡胶烟气进行定性分析再进行职业病危害检测,可避免上述情况。提示,为准确识别轮胎生产橡胶烟气职业病危害因素,进行职业病危害分析与评价,有必要应用GC-MS技术对橡胶烟气有机组成进行分析。
Based on the literature and field survey, the main occupational hazards in rubber tire of a tire manufacturer were identified and GC-MS was used to sample the rubber fume present in the workplace of the manufacturer. analysis. The results show that the analysis and identification of occupational hazards by the literature experience method may lead to excessive identification or omission of occupational hazards. However, GC-MS can be used to conduct qualitative analysis of rubber flue gas and then detect occupational hazards, which can be avoided.
