社会在不断发展,科学技术突飞猛进,教育事业的改革也势在必行。社会关注的热点问题之一就是素质教育。美国人本主义教育学家罗杰斯在对传统教育进行深刻批判的基础上,对教师提出了新的更加开放的要求:教师必须是引导学生自主学习的“主导者”而非传统的只注重“教”的教师。根据这个理论和对教材的实践探索,“主导者”的角色特别适用于新课程中的教师。教师作为“主导者”的关键在于如何引导学生自主学习,使学生能够自己去实验、观察、探究、研讨,使他们的身心全部投入学习活动之中,这样的课堂才能充分体现教师的主导作用和学生的主体地位。
