(www.colorcon.com.cn)乙基纤维素(EC)是不溶于水的聚合物,这种疏水性使其膨胀性低。有报道称,在某些情况下,即使在包衣增重低时,也存在EC包衣微丸药物释放不完全和时间滞后的问题。本文研究了羟丙甲纤维素(HPMC)作致孔剂对马来酸氯苯那敏(CPM)从EC有机溶剂包衣微丸中释放的影响。
(www.colorcon.com.cn) Ethylcellulose (EC) is a water-insoluble polymer that has low hydrophobicity. It has been reported that in some cases there is a problem of incomplete and time lagged release of EC coated pellets even when the weight gain of the coating is low. In this paper, the effect of HPMC as a porogen on the release of chlorpheniramine maleate (CPM) from EC organic solvent-coated pellets was investigated.
