为给事故预防与调查提供有效方法和依据,运用信息科学与安全科学方法,开展多级安全信息不对称所致事故模式研究。基于信息流动的一般模型,构建安全系统中安全信息流动的一般模型;分析安全系统中引发安全信息不对称的因素,并构建“信源-预测-决策-执行”多级安全信息不对称的事故致因模式;根据事故案例,分析验证多级安全信息不对称的事故致因模式的可行性和可靠性。结果表明:多级安全信息不对称的事故致因模式主要包括“真信源—安全信源”信息不对称、“安全信源—安全信宿”信息不对称和“安全信宿—安全信宿”信息不对称等3种事故致因模式,且具有充分的实用性与可行性。
In order to provide an effective method and basis for accident prevention and investigation, using information science and safety science methods to carry out multi-level safety information asymmetry accident pattern research.
